Crysta Vorn Spire Fitness Team

Our Story

Back in 2018, we started this whole thing in a cramped warehouse space with maybe ten members who believed in what we were building. Yeah, it wasn't fancy - just some iron, determination, and a vision that training should be different.

We've always thought that cookie-cutter programs don't cut it. Your body isn't the same as the person next to you, so why should your training be? That's why we focus on real athletic development - the kind that translates to actual performance, whether you're chasing a podium finish or just trying to keep up with your kids.

These days, we're proud to work with everyone from weekend warriors to pro athletes. What hasn't changed? We still believe in honest coaching, smart programming, and creating a space where people push limits without the ego trip.

How We Got Here

The milestones that shaped who we are

2018 - The Beginning

Opened our doors on Granville Street with just 800 square feet and a dream. Started with strength training basics and a handful of clients who trusted the process.

2019 - Expansion Time

Doubled our space and brought on three more coaches. Added our first Olympic lifting platform and started running group classes that actually challenged people.

2021 - Sports Performance Focus

Launched our sports-specific training programs. Worked with our first professional athlete who went on to compete nationally - that was a proud moment for sure.

2023 - Recovery & Mobility

Added our recovery suite after realizing people were training hard but not recovering smart. Sometimes the work you don't do in the gym matters just as much.

2025 - Today

We're now home to over 300 members and a team of 8 dedicated coaches. Still in the same Vancouver neighborhood, still focused on results that matter.
